Educational Services

     Law School Performance Lab provides educational coaching, tutoring, and academic support services. Participation does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no legal advice is provided.

No Guarantee of Results

     Law School Performance Lab makes no guarantee regarding grades, GPA, class rank, exam performance, internships, employment opportunities, or any other academic or professional outcome.

Payments

     Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

     Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. Because services include access to digital educational materials and personalized coaching, refunds may be limited once access is granted or services begin.

Student Responsibilities

     Students are responsible for completing assigned work, attending scheduled meetings, and providing accurate information necessary for coaching.

Intellectual Property

     All videos, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, questionnaires, feedback, and educational content are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, sold, or used to create competing products without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

     To the maximum extent permitted by law, Law School Performance Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in its programs.

Governing Law

     These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
